Refund policy

We want you to love your Frosty Core System.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing parts, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If approved, we can help arrange a replacement or issue a refund so you can place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
