Thank you for visiting Frosty Core. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through frostycore.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Frosty Core is currently preparing for launch. Orders are not shipping yet unless specifically stated on the product page, preorder page, or Kickstarter campaign page.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new product launches, preorder periods, Kickstarter fulfillment, holidays, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates may vary based on:

• Shipping destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Carrier rates
• Shipping method selected

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Frosty Core is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help you resolve any shipping issue.

Preorders and Launch Orders

If your order is placed during a preorder or launch period, the expected shipping timeline will be stated on the product page, checkout page, Kickstarter campaign page, or order confirmation.

Preorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, packaging, fulfillment, or carrier delays.

If a material delay occurs, we will provide an updated estimated shipping timeline by email.

For direct Shopify preorders, make sure you only state shipping timelines you reasonably expect to meet. Under the FTC’s mail, internet, and telephone order rule, sellers need a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times; if they cannot ship within the promised timeframe, they generally must get the customer’s consent to the delay or issue a refund.

Kickstarter Rewards

Kickstarter pledges are different from regular purchases made through frostycore.com.

If you backed Frosty Core on Kickstarter, shipping timelines, updates, reward fulfillment, and any applicable shipping charges will be handled according to the Kickstarter campaign details and backer updates.

Purchases made directly through frostycore.com are separate from Kickstarter pledges.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Frosty Core ships to addresses within the United States.

International shipping may be offered in the future. If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Frosty Core is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@frostycore.com as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives missing an item or includes the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@frostycore.com so we can make it right.
