What comes in the Frosty Core Kit?
Each kit includes 1 Frosty Core, 1 Smuggler capsule, 2 Frosty Core straws, decals, product information, and retail packaging.
How long does Frosty Core stay cold?
It depends on beverage temperature, container insulation, outdoor temperature, and use. Frosty Core is designed to provide long-lasting cooling without dilution.
What bottles does it fit?
Frosty Core is designed for wide-mouth bottles and tumblers with openings around 2 inches or larger.
How much cooling gel is inside?
Each Frosty Core contains approximately 3 ounces of premium cooling gel.
Does it take up more room than the ice?
No, Frosty Core will actually take up less room than the ice you were using allowing you to carry more of your drink!
Does the straw come with it?
Yes, it comes with 2 Frosty Core custom silicone straws designed to work with large or small bottles or tumblers and your existing lid. The straw can be cut shorter or folded over and tucked into the bottle and used as a handle to easily retrieve your Frosty Core.
Does the straw make it wider?
No. The straw nests inside a molded channel built into the Frosty Core so the overall profile remains compact.
Can I use it without the straw or with my existing straw lid?
You can use Frosty Core and The Smuggler with or without the straw and it is designed to work with your existing lid.
How does the straw work as a handle?
The Frosty Core custom silicone straw is 14 inches tall, designed to be used with even the tallest bottles or tumblers and can be cut shorter for smaller bottles or folded over and tucked inside the bottle to be used as a convenient retrieval handle for your Frosty Core.
Will it fit my Stanley?
Frosty Core is designed to fit bottles, tumblers, pitchers or other containers with openings approximately 2 inches or larger and most brands like Stanley, Owala, Hydroflask, Yeti.
Can it be used outside of bottles?
Yes. Frosty Core can also be used in pitchers, tumblers, coolers, and other containers where you want cold drinks without melted ice.
What is The Smuggler?
The Smuggler is a hidden storage capsule designed for small items like cash, keys, jewelry, drink mixes, supplements, or other small essentials.
Can I use The Smuggler as a second cooling core?
Yes. Fill it with water and freeze it to create a second cooling core. Be careful to NOT fill over the fill line as it can cause the Smuggler to expand, break, or leak.
Can I use the Smuggler to store drink mixes?
Yes, the Smuggler can be used to hold both powder mixes or liquid mixes to be added to your beverage later. It will hold approx. 3 oz. and is ideal for electrolyte powders, drink mixes, supplements, vitamins, and other small items.
How much can The Smuggler hold?
Approximately 3 ounces of storage capacity.

HOW IT WORKS
Cold Drinks Made Simple
1. FREEZE IT
Place Frosty Core in your freezer until completely frozen.
2. DROP IT IN
Place it inside your compatible wide-mouth bottle or tumbler.
3. FILL & GO
Add your beverage and drink normally using the integrated straw channel or your preferred lid setup. And Frosty Core takes up less room than the ice you normally use so more drink for you!
4. RE-FREEZE & REUSE
Rinse it, freeze it again, and keep using it.

We Tested It. Here's What Happened.
Performance Test
48 oz insulated tumbler
40 oz water
Room Temp 75°F
Starting beverage temperature: approximately 55°F
USING ONE FROSTY CORE
(We recommend using 2 for this size bottle but wanted to see the performance)
Cooled to approximately 45°F after 15 minutes
Approximately 42–43°F after 1 hour
Held temp for 2 hours, then tumbler was emptied, refilled with room temp water.
Cooled to 49-50°F after 15 min and held for over an 1 hour.
USING TWO FROSTY CORES
Cooled to approximately 39°F after 15 minutes
Holding at 38°F after roughly 90 minutes
Tumbler was emptied, refilled with room temp water
Cooled back to 48°F at after 15 min
And at 45°F after 30 min., continued to cool to about 39-40°F and held there for over an hour.
Important Note
Frosty Core is designed for gradual, sustained cooling and holding a cold temperature for longer periods without watering down your drink, not immediate, rapid cooling.
For best performance:
Start with a refrigerated beverage when possible
Use the recommended number of Frosty Cores for your bottle size
Keep your bottle closed between drinks
Insulated bottles help retain the cooling Frosty Core provides
Performance varies based on starting beverage temperature, container insulation, ambient conditions, beverage volume and frequency of refills.
How Many Will I Need?
If you need to keep your drink cold for longer periods like all day at work or school, and/or plan to refill your bottle multiple times, an extra Frosty Core is recommended. Frosty Core takes up less space than the ice you would have used, so you are able to carry more beverage each time you fill it up, and having an extra 1-2 Cores to rotate ensures you always have one ready.
For example, If you use a standard 32 oz Owala, Hydroflask, or Stanley style insulated bottle or tumbler, using 2 Frosty Core is perfect for a long work or school day or multiple refills. And when you can, keep an extra 1-2 Frosty Core's in the freezer to rotate as needed.
